Stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was comfortable modern and tidy, had splendid views, ideal location on hillside in Furnace about a mile from Llanelli. The rooms were well-equipped and very nicely furnished with modern decor and hypo-allergenic pillows.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view over the bay. The breakfast options were extensive, with fresh local produce and a variety of choices. Staff provided really good service, promptly addressing any requests. The free parking facility was a significant advantage for business travelers.
The walls were somewhat thin, leading to some noise issues.

The location is marvellous and peaceful, 15 minutes' walk to Llanelly House. Btw, it's set in a particularly good area not far from the hill, the restaurant and Llanelli. The room is spotless and stunning, comes with a lovely view, jacuzzi baths and a large comfortable bed.

Overall a pleasant stay. The staff is very friendly.
Not having a table in the restaurant at the weekend if you don't order in advance.

I was very disappointed with my stay. It was the base for our weekend in Swansea. Location was good, but facility was poor. No pool and the most annoying part was every evening of our stay, there was a wedding on and part of this is where the only bar turns into the function room. We had to have drinks in the corridor or reception and carry them through. I would not reccommend this hotel as a relaxing break.

Booked a family room and found we had a double room with an adjoining twin. This was excellent for my daughters aged 11 and 15 as we had 2 bathrooms. Ate in the restaurant and the food was really good, same goes for the breakfast. Would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel for a base in South West Wales.
Two minor points, there were one or two hairs on the bathroom floor but otherwise cleanliness was good. The beer in the bar was "bright" which was a shame as Brains SA and Felinfoel Double Dragon are both excellent if served via hand pump. Being a real ale fan this was a disappointment but then not unexpected in a hotel.

Charming, Charming, Charming
I was enchanted by the fine views of the sea and cliffs from the rooftop lounge, where I enjoyed cocktails at sunset. My spacious Double Room was a perfect blend of elegance and comfort, with complimentary tea and coffee. The breakfast was a good experience with fresh local produce and a live cooking station, made every bite nice.
